This privacy policy (Privacy Policy) sets out how AJMedia FZ-LLC (the “Company, we or us”) uses and protects any information that you provide the Company when you use our live streaming application “C Live” (“App”).
The Company is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using our services or the App, it will be used in accordance with this privacy statement.
This policy may be changed by the Company from time to time by updating this page.
What information do we collect and how we use it?
We may collect information from you when you use our services or the App, perform activities using the services or provide information to us in any other way, including, without limitation, when you register with us, enter a contest on our social media, send communication such as e-mail, or participate in other features using our platforms. If you wish to register online at this App, the Company may ask for your name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number, credit card information or other information (Personal Information).
The Personal Information we collect may be used us for purposes such as enhancing our services, responding to requests, improving and customizing products, improving our App and services, to understand your needs and provide you with a better service, internal record keeping, contacting you for market research purposes etc. We may send promotional emails about new products, special offers or other information which we think you may find interesting using the email address which you provide us with.

How do we protect visitor information?
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information. Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.
Do we disclose/share the information we collect to outside parties?
We will not sell, distribute or release your personal information to Third Parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so. We may use your personal information to send you promotional information about third parties which we think you may find interesting if you grant your consent for us to do that.
‘Third Parties’ do not include website hosting partners and other parties who assist us in operating our App, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may require that any entity to whom we disclose Personal Information governed by this Privacy Policy, implement similar safeguards to protect Personal Information.
We may also share your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law (to respond to a subpoena, court order, search warrant or other legal process), enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others' rights, property, to respond to suspected fraud or other violations of the law or to respond to a potential risk to the safety of any person. However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.
Deletion of personal data
We retain your Personal Data in order to maintain and expand our relationship, and to provide you with our Services. In other words, we will retain your Personal Data for as long as you remain our user and have not notified us otherwise.
You can request data deletion by contacting us. We respond to all requests we receive from individuals wishing to exercise their data protection rights in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
